Booking of apartments can easy be done from the booking button to the right or by email.
You will receive a email short after your entry from EngholmBB@EngholmBB.dk to confirm your bookings details .
NB! If you do not receive an email, please look ind the spam folder.

Personal information (GDPR)
When you book at EngholmBB we ask for your name, telephone number, email address and. This information is required to make and confirm the booking.
Personal information given to EngholmBB will be treated as confidential and will be protected from third parties.
Personal information will never be used in marketing or or turned over to third parties.
When you use our website, you must give Engholm permission to use personal information, as described above. It is possible for you to correct and update these details.
Personal information is stored for 5 years due to book accounting. After 5 years the information is automatically deleted.
You can request to have your personal information deleted by emailing EngholmBB@EngholmBB.dk
Customer’s rights and conditions of use
You have the right to stay at EngholmBB though out the period booked.
You have right to use the facilities described at http://www.engholmbb.dk/en/lejligheder

Prior to your arrival, you will receive a door code to the apartment.
The customers have the right for refund according to conditions of cancellation and refund described below.
Customers are liable for caused damages to the property. Cost of possible repairs will be charged from customer’s credit card, after EngholmBB has been in contact with the customer by phone / e-mail.
Cancellation and refund
The customers has the right to cancel the stay and to refund the booking payment with the following requirements.
When a booking is proceeded, a deposit of the first night is charged. If the reservation consist of more than one day or includes breakfast, the rest of the amount is charged at arrival day.
If cancelled earlier than 2.pm. 2 days before arrival day a total refund is made. If cancelled later than 2.pm. 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show the total cost of the booking is paid.
Bookings are not refunded due to illness, bad weather, traffic conditions or similar after cancellation deadline.
No refund for early check out.
